Can You Use A Square Rail For Aggressive Skating To What Will Clematis Cling?

To what will clematis cling? - can you use a square rail for aggressive skating

A clematis cling to these measures?

The rails are made of plastic and approximately 1.5 "x 1.5" square. The vertical beams and floor decks are composite materials. The steps are colored wood, and less colorful jobs. Basically, everything is white, is made of plastic or composites, and everything is made from wood is brown (with the exception of the platform include both).

I would like fishing line on the nails as short as a scaffold to cling to use attached to the clematis, but I can nail on a plastic mesh. Suggestions? Clematis cling to the bars? Can you drive nails in the board of directors? What can I use to connect fishing line to the bars in plastic compound where the clematis does not cling to them?

(The hose and the mailbox is moved, and this picture was last summer, yes, no, no, these flowers are really blooming.)
